We knew we wanted to buy a house about 9 - 12 months before we could even begin to look. I had no idea how we were going to move from Pennsylvania to Minnesota. We contacted Melanie and Chris and they met with us when we were visiting MN. They stayed in touch for all those months. Texting and calling us and asking how we were doing and sending us holiday greetings. Nothing pushy at all. There were times I got a little crazy but Melanie was always there for me to talk too. We needed the money from the sale of our home in PA to buy one in MN and we needed a place to live. I thought this would be difficult. We were able to close on a house in PA one day and close on another in Rochester MN the next as we had planned without a hiccup. We ended up with a perfect townhouse in our price range. It was on the lower - middle end of housing costs here but Melanie and Chirs treated us like we were buying a mansion. I would not use another realtor and I am so glad I found them.
